Community For Kids is celebrating their 10th year!

In the past 10 years:

• CFK has distributed more than 64,285 weekend food packs since 2012.
• CFK continues to be the only service that provides weekend food for BVSD students.
• We have continued to provide weekly food packs for Elementary, Middle and High schools and provided extra food for long school breaks.
• We continue to work closely with BVSD teachers and admin staff.
• We celebrate being an all-volunteer organization. Monies donated go directly to food purchases.

What we know for sure...

One in 12 Blue Valley students live in food insecure homes.  They never know if they will have food in their home.
Since 2012, our Mission has been:
To alleviate food insecurity in the Blue Valley community by providing weekend food packs.

• The number of students we serve continues to grow. We average 250 food packs in 25 schools.
•  $25 can provide food packs for one child for one month or $225 for one child for the entire school year.
